The Ai Squared Technical Support Department offers remote control support of PC’s for users that require support where the Support Representatives can see the screen, control the mouse and work as if physically present to resolve issues that cannot be resolved via phone or email support.

We’re excited to announce that the next free update in the ZoomText 10 cycle is here. We’ve improved our reading support for email in Outlook 2010 (64-bit); greatly improved our Excel support (2010 and 2007) with full support for tracking, reading, and highlighting while you edit content and navigate around spreadsheets; enhanced support for IE8 as well as Firefox; plus included a bunch of bug fixes.
Our first free update for ZoomText Mac is here! We now offer support for French, Spanish, and Portuguese, fixed a bunch of bugs, improved performance across the board, and added a new color enhancement. You can now apply a warming/cooling effect to any of the preset color schemes, letting you fine tune your color preferences.
